Goldberg Kohn is deeply involved in the <a href="https://www.sfnet.com/">Secured Finance Network</a> (SFNet), which is the principal U.S. trade association for asset-based lenders. We originated and co-organized the annual International Lending Conference and also originated and sponsor the SFNet Cross-Border Finance Essay contest. Our <a href="https://www.goldbergkohn.com/people/richard-m-kohn/">firm founder</a> served as the co-general counsel of the organization for nearly 20 years. In addition, a number of our attorneys teach cross-border lending at The University of Chicago Law School.
