Jeffrey Dunlop is Co-Chair of the firm's Commercial Finance Group and Principal in the firm. He focuses his practice on the representation of banks and other commercial lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of commercial finance transactions. He is experienced in handling secured asset-based and cash-flow loans, leveraged buy-outs, mezzanine financings, second lien financings and unitranche loan transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience in cross-border lending transactions involving North and South America, Europe and Asia.

In 2020, Jeff was chosen as a "40 Under 40" award recipient by The Secured Finance Network. The award recognizes "the best and brightest rising stars in secured finance."

Jeff joined Goldberg Kohn in May 2006 and serves as Chair of the Finance Committee.

While attending Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, he was an editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. Prior to law school, Jeff worked as a consultant for an international consulting firm providing economic and financial valuation for complex commercial disputes.&nbsp;
